When testing my 2d game on the nexus 6 emulator, the app launches and works fine the first time. but when i close out of the app and try to reopen it, i get a "unfortunately, launcher has stopped" and the emulator crashes.. You can find the logcat at the bottom of the screen. you can know the cause of the crash by analyzing the message as marked in red. you can find the point of exception by clicking on your filename which appears in blue color in logs as marked in blue in the image.. When you encounter “unfortunately camera has stopped working” error, this is the best way to resolve it quickly. however, the solution may be temporary and if the problem reoccurs too frequently then you must try the other solutions listed here..

Avd emulator, “unfortunately, browser has stopped” then black for about 45 seconds, then it says "unfortunately, browser has stopped." i tried again with a qvga 240x320 device and get the same results. i have tried different settings for gpu acceleration, ram and vm heap. android emulator using hardware keyboard has no “umlauts”.
